Salon Policies

Here at MADASH Salon our goal is to continue to provide the highest level of service to each of you, the experience you deserve. As of March 1st, 2024 our salon policies will go into effect. For full transparency and to familiarize yourself in our policies, please read below. Thank you for your continued support.

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, MADASH Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.

No Call / No Shows

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled.If you cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with MADASH Salon.
